NGEN has a robust ATM/FR Backbone network, with complete redundancy for links and network devices used. It uses high-end Cisco IGX/MGX WAN Switches giving CoS (Class of Service) and QoS (Quality of Service) with high-speed data transfer rates. The network architecture is designed with ample number of links creating a mesh and providing complete redundancy. Our end-to-end circuits are on Fiber with Self-healing ring architecture and auto restorable paths.

The network has its Points of Presence (POP’s) located all across the globe connected with DS3 / E3 links in the mesh architecture and terminated on Cisco IGX/MGX WAN Switches.

The network is 24*7 monitored and managed by network experts using MRTG, CISCO WORKS, WHAT’S UP GOLD and other best possible tools available using SNMP & ICMP. Online monitoring of all links and network devices links is done 24x7 by network engineers for health check and utilization.

We ensure that there is no single point of failure. We also have 24x7 onsite / remote IT management teams for recovery, in the event of such a requirement.
