Neetu Kalra

Head of Operations

Neetu comes to NGEN from Genpact, where she has worked across different functions for Business Process Management, specifically Collections and Corporate Learning. Neetu was with Genpact for more than 10 years, prior to which she worked with a global Australian bank for more than 4 years.

At NGEN, Neetu is in charge of Operations and Client delivery – including driving process excellence, innovation and productivity. She is tasked to optimize resources, and oversee Service Delivery Fundamentals and Common Minimum Practices to ensure client SLAs are not only met but exceeded.

Neetu holds a degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
